Lord Henry Plumb, Honorary President

The Society share with its members the sad news that Lord Henry Plumb passed away on Friday 15th April, aged 97. Honorary President and ambassador of the Ayrshire breed Lord Plumb was one of agriculture’s most remarkable and influential characters bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the several industry organisations he was involved with.

Lord Plumb will be missed by many people and our sincere condolences are with his family.
