Important Information - future Society events
20th March 2020
The Presidents Committee have met today via conference call and have had to make the decisions below on Society events planned in the forthcoming months. I am sure you will understand the decisions have to be made within government guidelines to protect the health and safety of our staff, members and partners and are out with our control.
Young Breeders 16th - 19th April
This event has been cancelled for 2020. Subject to availability we will reschedule in the same area for 2021. Dates TBC. Anyone due to compete in this year's Hugh Stevenson competition for their last year will be deferred and eligible to compete in the 2021 competition. Anyone booked in and paid will be given a full refund.
Annual Conference 2020
This will not go ahead on Monday 11th - Wednesday 13th May and subject to availability will be rescheduled to later in the year. Delegate fees will be refunded in full.
Annual General Meeting 2020
This will not go ahead as planned on Monday 11th May and will be rescheduled in line with the annual conference. In accordance with the Society constitution members will be given a minimum of 14 days’ notice of the revised date. The annual report and accounts will still be distributed with the spring journal in April.
