Sale comprises: 52 cows & heifers in milk, 57 in-calf & recently served heifers, 77 bulling heifers 32 heifer calves and 3 bulls
This is the final chance to purchase pedigree Ayrshire cattle from the famous CHANGUE herd following the recent sale of the farm. This is thought to be the oldest herd in the UK with David Stevenson,grandfather of the present owner registering the first cattle in 1906, the family have farmed at Changue farm since 1867. This will be a historic event and features many of the foundation cow families of the Ayrshire breed. Many exceptional opportunities will go on offer making this the Ayrshire event of 2018. The milking cows have never looked so good and are currently averaging 24kgs. There are numerous stars in this special event with deep pedigrees and BIG TIME show potential.
