April proof report. UK born sires continue to rise up the available bull lists.

UK born Ayrshire sires continue to impress in the recent proof run. Topping the PLI list is Rosehill Manderville with a PLI £394. This son of Ardmore Crown Napier out of the Rosehiil Blackthorn daughter Rosehill Black Magenta, comes in with +337kg 0.15% fat 0.04% ptn.His new type figure is 1.9 and he is a SCC reducer with -9.
Next up is Hilltown Oblique, a Jelyca Oblique son out of a Meikle Laught Triple Crown cow with huge longevity in this family. A massive type of +2.5, legs and feet +2.3 and Mammary at +1.2 indicates that the progeny of Oblique will survive in the same way as his maternal line. He has a PLI £361, +159kg milk, 0.12% fat and has fantastic health traits, improving on SCC, lifespan, Fertility and TB advantage.
New in with a PLI £354 is Whitecroft Furtado. A Burdette son x Celandine First Lord. He is +432kg with positive fat% and a first type score of +1.4.
Stamford High Deffinition carries on with his reputation as a health specialist. He has a PLI £314 , a SCC -15, Mastitis -2, lifespan 0.2 and fertility at 8.1. He is a Celandine First Lord out of a Ballyclan First Command.
Two UK born Ayrshire bulls also have come out as expected with huge milk figures. Ravenhill Stormin Norman at +791kg and Rosehill Real McCoy at +740kg.
