Statement of apology

The Ayrshire Cattle Society acknowledges that its judgments and procedures were flawed in relation to the suspended member, Blaise Tomlinson. We recognise the following points.
The temporary suspension of the Allstar and Stardust prefixes in March 2023 was not justified and we apologise to both Evie Tomlinson and Millie Tomlinson for any for any unnecessary offence, anxiety and embarrassment caused from the situation.
An external forensic examination regarding a dispute between ACS and Blaise Tomlinson related to an email concluded with no blame to Blaise Tomlinson, the South African Ayrshire Society, or the office bearers of the ACS. It is assumed that a third party may be responsible for any fabricated documents in this case.
The Presidents committee of the organisation apologises for their conduct towards Blaise Tomlinson since August 2022 and regrets any misinformation relayed to the council, noting that the council was not fully informed of material facts that could have been made available to them.
