Derbyshire Ayrshire Club Sale at Leek Auctions
A decent trade met the Derbyshire Club members at Leek Auctions with their first club sale in conjunction with the markets monthly sale. Top price of the day was 1900 gns for‎ Twemlow Helena 17 from Marshall Barnett. This fresh heifer by Twemlow Admiral Glen was sold giving over 30 kgs per day.  Chris Adams, Tessvale took the next two top prices at 1660 and 1640 gns. Tessvale Cherryleaf 24 was by Hilltown Hijack and Tessvale Damson was by Auchensale Black Pearl.
Two January 2014 calves were sold by H N Barnes & Son from Melton Mowbray for 610 gns, each from their Wren and Mulberry families.
